Hunting Experience Day 3-1-09
"I bought the hunting day as a gift for my husband (Chris) 30th birthday. It was an amazing experience that we will both remember for a very long time. We were firstly greeted by Mark who introduced us to Derek who was to be our guide for the day, after a lovely cup of coffee we were given background info on all the birds of prey and we then met Fleck (i wanted to take Fleck home with me even though he was a little bit naughty) Fleck came with us on our experience day as did two ferrets and 3 Hawks; Hannah, Kye and Spot although Spot didn't actually hunt with us. We ended up catching 3 rabbits thanks to the ferrets help in flushing them out. We both thoroughly enjoyed the day and would love to book up on another experience day (maybe not in January as it was freezing ha ha). Thanks to Derek who helped make the day very enjoyable and who was full of knowledge that we could have tapped into continuously! would thoroughly recommend a hunting day :)"

A Fantastic Visit
"My mum bought a ticket for us to visit the centre. What a fantastic day. The kids loved seeing the birds at close quarters (so did we!!). Would recommend to it as a great experience."

Half-day Experience
"A wonderful session, led by Derek. It was so obvious that the birds were not only well looked after, but cared about deeply by all at FalconryDays. What a delight to observe and handle beautiful creatures who are normally only glimpsed at a distance....a kestrel's 'stoop' is so much more exciting when you are close enough to hear it, and have the top of your head brushed by it's jesses! Thank you."
