Falconry Experience
"My wife & I came for a family falconry experience with our grandaughter for her 7th birthday in April.We had a wonderful time throughout the two hour session.
At first our grandaughter was very apprehensive about being in close proximity to the raptors, but the superb selection of photographs I managed to take throughout show the gradual relaxation & developing thrill of a little girl having a sensational experience.
Our host was first class in every respect & made our visit enthralling & a brilliant educational experience (speaking as a retired headteacher!).
Thankyou very much indeed - & we will return with our other grandaughter when she next visits!

60th Birthday Surprise
"It was coming up to my Mam's 60th birthday and my brother Chris and I were wondering how to make it extra special for her. She's always loved birds, in particular owls, and her home has long been filled with ornaments, books, etc as well as many different birds over the years, so it seemed the perfect gift to book her on an Experience Day. Of course I couldn't let her go on her own so I booked myself along with her - and I'm so pleased that I did! What a fantastic day we had. Just seeing the huge array of birds so close up and personal was special enough but Mandy and Mark really looked after us so it felt like we were spending the day with friends. The weather was a little cold and windy but Mandy even took care of that with an extra jacket and pair of gloves offered. She thinks of eveything! It's so obvious listening to Mandy explaining how they look after and work the birds that this is not just a business to this couple, its' a passion that rubs off on you throughout the day. As we came away, to journey home we were already chatting about how we could come back and who to bring with us next time! It was truly a day to remember. Thank you, Vicky and Pat"

Fantastic 40th Hunting Experience Day
"My husband had booked this last year for my 40th birthday in February, we travelled from Glasgow in fine weather and the day before our experience we had heavy snow and got a call from Mandy who said the day would be cancelled, we were so dissapointed and were told that it may go ahead on the Sunday. Mark pulled out all the stops for it to go ahead due to the distance we had travelled. We had a wonderful day with Mark, Smudge the dog, Meg and Hannah the harris hawks. It was bitterly cold but we didn't feel the cold with the excitment of the hunt and because it was only Andrew and I, we felt that it was very hands on and personal. Thank you for a fantastic experience, would come again, hopefully sooner rather than later."

Brilliant Full Day Experience
"Originally a Xmas present for hubby and due to icy and snowy roads it became an early xmas present for me too. Mark, Mandy and Derek were very accommodating in the unexpected last minute request, even going so far as to offer me a lunch. The whole day was fabulous. Derek was great at putting us at our ease and so informal and knowledgeable that we learned a lot without realising it. The birds and ferrets were gorgeous . Flying these birds and being up close and personal was such a joy that we can't wait to go back- Thanks all and Merry Xmas"
